Joey Scout 25 Year Birthday Party
Were you at our final birthday celebration on Saturday 25 June 2016 at12 noon? If not, then you missed out on a fun and exciting occasion. Those that attended enjoyed a fun and exciting time playing games that challenged their skills while having fun. A very big thank you to my team for their efforts in organising this event as well as the Joey Scout Leaders that brought their Mobs
If you have not already done so, please remove your 25 year celebration badge from your uniform. You can still display your badge by sewing it on your campfire blanket or utility bag. Congratulations everyone in participating in such a wonderful and memorable event.
JOEY SCOUT JAUNT 2016
Joey Scout Jaunt is fast approaching on Saturday 6th August, 2016, are you ready to come and have a fun and exciting time? Have you completed your registration form and sent it to me. If not’ registration forms can be found on Scouts Queensland website.

BRANCH AIR ACTIVITIES
As Joey Scout Leaders have you ever had an opportunity to attend the Branch Air Activities with your Mob? They have now moved and are located at Redcliffe Airport operating on Saturday mornings from 9.00 am to12.00 noon once a month. Bookings can be made through the Queensland Scout Centre (QSC).
Calendar dates for next year will be handed out at Joey Scout Jaunt on 6th August 2016; just come and see ‘Kula’ (Pam Diflo).
When you attend our centre there will be some wonderful activities to participate in which include: viewing and sitting in a plane, peg planes, ufo mobiles, kites, Morning tea, paper planes/flying ring, hot air balloons, plane/ hot air ballon magnets, games, build a compass/compass draw, build planes, craft mobile bird and bingo.
Kula looks forward to meeting you at Joey Scout Jaunt or at Redcliffe Airport in the near future.
