By the end of April 2018 Scouts Austraila is adding 3 New E-Learning Moduales to the Scout Central Platform
- Work Skills for Recreation (AA WORK REC)
- Follow Environmental Impact Practices (AA ENVIRO)
- Assisting in Conducting Outdoor Activities (AA ASSIST)
These 3 Moduales being available will now make it a lot easier for a Youth or Adult Member to gain their Certificate II in Outdoor Recreation.
The Certificate II in Outdoor Recreation is made up of the following requirements:
- 5 core units
- 10 elective units, consisting of:
- all the units in any one of Groups A to S
- the remaining to make up the required 10 elective units from General electives, or any of the groups above; up to 3 of these may be selected elsewhere in SIS10 or any current accredited course or other Training Package, and must be first packaged at AQF level 2 or 3.
