Founders Day Scout and Guide Service, to be held at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, 455 Main Street Kangaroo Point at 9am Sunday 25th February 2018.

The Priest-in-Charge, Rev Gary Harch, has invited Ross Tutin, Branch Commissioner (International) to be Guest Speaker and talk about Scouting, international activities and interfaith/interreligious activities within Scouting.

Morning tea will follow the service.

From an historical perspective, St Marys is where Charles S Snow formed one of the first four Scout Patrols in Queensland in 1908 and we understand that there is a plaque on the wall of the church.

There is an invitation for our Formations, Sections or Scouting Members to attend – please contact Ross directly for more details – bc.international@qldhq.scouts.com.au
