Proud Partners of Scouts QLD

Scouts Qld is happy to be working with the following organisations to support our Members and to assist in growing Scouting in our communities:

Wildlife Warriors and Scouts Qld to join ‘forces for conservation’

Scouts Queensland is excited to be working with Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors and Robert Irwin, in his ambassador role, to inspire our younger generation with all things wildlife and conservation. This partnership will see approximately 15,000 Scouts across Queensland engage in the vital conservation efforts undertaken by Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors through fun and exciting initiatives including Backyard Campout, Zoo Run and participating in the Visionary Wildlife Warrior Program.

“I am delighted that Scouts Qld will be working with Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors and Robert Irwin to promote conservation and to raise awareness of the challenges that the World’s Wildlife faces as this is a mutually beneficial partnership. Scouting is the world’s largest youth leadership organisation and encourages the development of young people to take a constructive place in society as members of their local, National and International communities. This exciting new adventure will assist us in educating young people about global environmental issues” said Daryl G. Scott, Chief Commissioner.

Scouts are in every part of our community and provide young people aged 6 to 26 with fun and challenging opportunities to grow through adventure.

Scouts Qld looks forward to this exciting new partnership with Robert Irwin and the Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors… how will you be part of this new adventure?
