Matilda visited the Brisbane North Region camp at Karringal Camp site, Mt Cotton. She helped to run a badge design base, whose theme was Bathurst City Council. She also go to take part on a Go Kart Race. During the camp, there was a huge “crack” sound, and Matilda saw a tent collapse. She also watch scouts doing orienteering and various bushcraft activities. On the way home she popped in to see the Camp Warden on duty.
