Facilities Officer
The purpose of this role is to support the members of Scouts Queensland with the management of facilities and related projects.
This includes:
- Being the first point of contact on all facilities-related phone and email enquiries, as well as assisting in general group support enquiries.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies, landowners, contractors, and service providers in support of a range of activities, including minor maintenance and repairs, site access, and emergency response, to ensure high standards of amenity, customer service, safety and compliance are achieved and maintained.
- Maintenance of facility files, records, and databases.
- Receive and code all facility-related invoices in collaboration with Facilities & Risk team members and Finance Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of annual renewal documentation for insurance policies.
- Support facilities and risk team through management of Scouts Queensland Knowledge Base articles relating to Facilities, Risk, and Insurance
- Coordination of Scouts Queensland vehicles, including bookings, maintenance, and incident management.

Program & Administration Support Officer
The Program & Administration Support Officer plays a pivotal role in upholding the values and mission of Scouting by supporting our members and volunteers.
The role is required to support the General Manager, leadership team, and staff to deliver office and program administration support across the Scouts Qld Branch Support Office. This includes general reception and office administration tasks, including answering phone and email inquiries, and other general office functions as required.
This is an important role that represents the face of our organisation when interacting with members and other external and internal stakeholders and providing outstanding customer service is an essential aspect of the role.

Manager Member Services & Projects
The Manager, Member Services & Projects reports to the General Manager, Scouts Qld and is responsible for supporting the delivery of an exceptional member experience to the Members and volunteers across the organisation through the people, systems, and services available from the Branch Support Office.
The role requires working collaboratively with the General Manager, Chief Commissioner, and their respective leadership teams across a portfolio of areas that include member services, complaints, member training support, branch office administration, and the systems and processes that support these functions.
This is an exciting and multifaceted role and requires exposure and experience with membership systems; data management, analytics and reporting; project management; budgeting and financial reporting; process improvement, and risk management.

Region Commissioner (Darling Downs)

Branch Adviser Campsites (Environment)
Expressions of Interest are called for a suitable person to fulfil the role of Branch Adviser Campsites (Environment), commencing ASAP and working with the Campsite Strategy Committee.
The purpose of the role is to provide support and assistance with all aspects of environmental management associated with the Scouts Queensland Branch managed campsites and broader advice to campsites across Queensland. The role will provide leadership to ensure our campsites are managed to appropriate environmental standards and lead projects related to environmental activities at our sites. Contingent Leader – 81st New Zealand Rover Moot 2024
Scouts Australia is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to take on the unique role of Contingent Leader to the 81st New Zealand Rover Moot in 2024.
The role of Contingent Leader is a challenging but rewarding one. You will be responsible for a contingent of Youth Members and Adult Leaders, as well as for the organisation of their travel itinerary and safety.
