Possum Boxes
Joey Scouts made possum boxes for Wildlife Rescue Team to rehabilitate possums back into the bush. All materials have been kindly donated by Yeppoon Bunnings Store, the Joey Scouts have assembled and painted the boxes. Trish White (Wildlife Rescuer) and Presto, baby possum, came along and gave a talk.
The Joey Scouts donated the possum boxes and Trish White informed the Joeys that the next lot of possums will be named after them. It is also apart of the Joey Scouts caring and sharing badge and is a special deed done for our local community.
